The location was excellent, right near the road up to Dollywood and in the middle of Pigeon Forge. The breakfast was hearty with several options, including good coffee. The room was clean and comfortable. I liked having a refrigerator and microwave along with a sink, rather than having to use the bathroom sink for water and to clean out mugs.

Very clean room. It was bigger than expected. The pool and hot tub were great. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was much bigger and better than expected! Great Location!

The room was very clean! The beds sleep great. There is a kitchenette with a coffee pot (only takes pre-made coffee filters with coffee in the filters) microwave and a deep single kitchen sink, and a refrigerator. The bathroom was very clean and well-stocked. The carpet was very very clean. I wore white socks and you could not tell the floor was dirty. I spoiled some milk on the entrance hardwood floor I went to clean it up and it was not black! The breakfast was good. Eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, yogurt, cereal, oatmeal toast, English muffins, waffles, milk, juices, and coffee. But overall this was one of the best stays.

Everything was great except I needed a handicap shower instead of a tub with hand rails. I had a hard time getting in the tub because of bad knees. Also the bed was so high I needed help getting in it. Other than that, it was great. Free breakfast was good except for the coffee and it was horrible.

I like the location of the hotel, the cleanliness, and the free breakfast every morning during our stay. Restaurants and shopping were walking distance. I like the fact that when we came back from breakfast, our room was cleaned, beds made, and toiletry items and towels were replenish.

Absolutely Everything! Especially the huge hot tub and an amazingly delicious buffet breakfast at no cost at that 😋 I liked the affordable room price, the very professional clean room, the location is close to so many great dinner and ahows, restaurants close by and lots of other things close by to go and do, and the very sweet and very welcoming and amazing guy at the front desk. We will definitely be back soon! Thanks Confort Inn for a wonderful stay at your Inn & suite 🙂

the breakfest was the problem was not big enogh for the size of the hotel five floors try many times to go down to get breakfast but could never get a seat so i finally gave and went out to eat so that was one of the reason we pick the hotel was the breakfast so that save money on going out to breakfast but the room to small

I was a little disappointed when I got out of the car after we got there that the balcony wasn’t in front on parkway. But when we got to our room everything changed. I loved it after I got to walk out on it. The room was clean, the beds were soft. The kitchen area exceeded my expectations.. The pool and hot tub was awesome. The bath tub was the cleanest that I have ever seen in a hotel. I’ve been in a lot of hotels that hasn’t been clean. Grandkids loved it. Which is a big plus. The staff is very friendly. Everyone that we met had smiles on their faces. We will be returning to this hotel.
